30 DAYS CHANGE OF MIND
Our returns policy is simple, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you will have up to 30 days to return it back to us for a refund or exchange. This is just a part of our service guarantee to our customer.
In order to process a Return/Exchange, you may send your query to info_sales@armabarredparacord.com with your ORDER NUMBER in the subject for reference.

All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.

The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was placed.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not altered in any way. Return/Exchange items must be in all original packaging and labels.

When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

In the case of an exchange, the shipping fee to resend the replacement item will be borne by the customer.
Any breakage, damage or gradual degradation of the purchased item due to normal wear and/or use, is not covered by this guarantee.
